นโยบายเรื่อง เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน การขอคืนเงิน และระยะเวลาการใช้บริการ บริษัท เอสเทติก อานเซอร์ จำกัด (SLC) เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงสุดและมีความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องตรงกันบริษัทฯขอแจ้งนโยบาย และเงื่อนไขการให้บริการดังนี้ 1.ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีความประสงค์ขอยกเลิกสัญญาและขอรับเงินคืนบริษัทฯจะพิจารณาคืนเงินโดยคำนวณยอดคงเหลือจากยอดชำระสุทธิหักลบด้วย(1)ค่าบริการที่ใช้ไปจริงในอัตราคอร์สราคาปกติ(ไม่ใช่ราคาโปรโมชั่นที่ซื้อ), (2) ค่าธรรมเนียมการบริหารจัดการยกเลิกสัญญา (Administration Fee)อัตรา10%ของยอดคงเหลือ, 3) ค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคารจากการใช้บัตรเครดิตตามอัตราที่เกิดขึ้นจริง 2.คอร์สและแพ็กเกจมีอายุการใช้งานตามระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในใบเสร็จรับเงินที่ออกให้แก่ท่าน หากพ้นกำหนดระยะเวลาดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ในการปิดคอร์สและระงับการให้บริการ 3.กรุณาแจ้งเลื่อนหรือยกเลิกนัดล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงกรณีไม่มาตามนัดโดยไม่แจ้ง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ตัดจำนวนครั้งการรับบริการ1 ครั้ง 4.การที่ลูกค้าไม่พึงพอใจในผลลัพธ์ซึ่งเป็นความคาดหวังส่วนบุคคล ไม่ถือเป็นเหตุผิดสัญญาที่ลูกค้าจะใช้ สิทธิขอเลิกสัญญาเพื่อขอเงินคืนได้เว้นแต่จะพิสูจน์ได้ว่าเป็นความประมาทเลินเล่อทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ 5.บริษัทฯจะดำเนินการตรวจสอบและคืนเงินภายในระยะเวลา30วันทำการนับจากวันที่ได้รับเอกสารคำร้อง และหลักฐานครบถ้วน                           Refund Policy Aesthetic Answer Co., Ltd. (SLC) To ensure service excellence and mutual understanding, the Company hereby establishes the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Calculation: In the event of contract termination initiated by the Customer , the refund amount shall be determined by applying the following deductions in sequential order:
2. First: Deduction of Consumed Services, calculated at the Standard Regular Rate (excluding promotional discounts) from the Net Payment;
3. Second: Deduction of an Administrative Fee, calculated at 10% of the remaining balance (after the service deduction) ; and
4. Third: Deduction of actual Bank Transaction Fees incurred (e.g., credit card processing fees).
5. Validity Period: Service packages are valid for the specific duration indicated on the Official Receipt. Upon expiration, the Company reserves the right to terminate validity and suspend all services.
6. Appointments Cancellation: Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide such notice (No-Show) constitutes a forfeiture of one (1) service session.
7. Disclaimer of Results: Dissatisfaction with aesthetic results, being subjective and based on personal expectations, shall not constitute a breach of contract nor grounds for a refund, barring proven medical negligence or deviation from professional medical standards.
8. Processing Timeline: Refund requests will be verified and processed within 30 business days upon receipt of complete documentation.
