Post-Operative Care

• Sleep with head elevated on pillows, and take a rest as much as you can, in order to prevent swelling.

• Avoid having strenuous exercises or activities that can affect surgery site for 6-8 weeks.

• Bruising, swelling, or numbness in treatment site might well happen. These symptoms will disappear within 1-2 weeks; recovery time is 1-2 weeks before going back to work.
